U-Drain offers various sump options and accessories to customize your drainage solution. Residential sumps come in one size with single or double inlets, while commercial sumps offer single, double, or triple inlets. Additional accessories include oil separator sumps, silt strainers, sump baskets, flush nozzles, cleaning paddles, and various lid options.
Structural Integrity
Constructed from galvanized and stainless steel, U-Drain is built to last. It channels weight loads into the surrounding concrete, making it suitable for heavy-duty use, including airport traffic. The system is CSA and ASME-certified, with a safe live load capacity exceeding 10,000 lbs. or 1,040 psi. The zinc galvanizing and stainless-steel finish provide excellent protection against bacteria, rust, and corrosion.
Versatility
U-Drain is ideal for a wide range of agricultural, residential, and commercial applications. The ag/commercial system features ten-foot lengths with pre-sloped bottoms for efficient drainage over long distances. Residential systems come in five-foot lengths, perfect for home garages, pools, driveways, and walkways. The U-Drain system is aesthetically pleasing to the eye because there is only one straight channel in the floor, slightly wider than a floor expansion joint.
