The Rutley. This custom RTM was designed using an existing floorplan, and modified to fit the customer’s needs. The primary suite is beautifully situated on the main floor, intentionally leaving plenty of room in the walkout basement for additional bedrooms. Placing the kitchen in the center of the floorplan makes it the heart of the home, and bumping it out provides proper flow to the open concept living area.
