Right out of a magazine, the Phipps-Orvold cabinets are a dream! Continuing the cabinetry to the ceiling – which is 10 feet – maximizes the space, and mixing the depth of the uppers gives this linear space great dimension. We blended woods with painted Maple on the perimeter, a handsomely stained Red Oak island, and stained Maple in the ensuite vanity. Our favorite moments in this kitchen are the custom range hood, the butlers pantry, and the farmhouse sink… we couldn’t pick just one.
